I’m Haley Quick, a licensed therapist and the founder of Sage & Serene Counseling, where my mission is to create the kind of therapeutic space I’ve always believed in—one where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported in a way that feels both grounding and empowering.

In addition to my private practice, I work full-time as a school counselor, giving me extensive experience supporting adolescents as they navigate academic pressure, social challenges, and emotional growth. This background allows me to connect deeply with teens and families, helping them build resilience, communication skills, and confidence during such an important stage of life.

As a mom to two children—one adopted and one biological—my personal journey through infertility and motherhood led me to specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health. I understand firsthand how deeply life transitions can affect our sense of identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. This experience, combined with my professional training, allows me to support others with authenticity, empathy, and hope.

In my work with adolescents and adults, I focus on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes. I believe in blending compassion with practicality—offering tools that help you not only understand your emotions but also move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Brainspotting and trauma-informed care, tailored to each client’s unique needs and pace. My goal is to walk beside you as you learn to quiet the self-doubt, find clarity in the chaos, and reconnect with your inner strength.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me spending time with my family, exploring local trails, or recharging with a good cup of coffee and a peaceful moment of stillness—reminders that even in the busiest seasons, calm and clarity are possible.
